  • Both options are available. Online booking is available for those customers who would like the peace of mind of booking in advance.

    For those who would prefer to pay in-store on the day that is fine. In-store payment is made when you drop your bags off.

  • Online booking gives you priority service – please proceed to the front of the queue when you arrive to drop off your bags.

  • Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days, please allow extra time to drop-off and collect. Please be aware that queues are likely. If you have booked online, you will be given priority at checkin.

  • We are the only luggage storage service in Dublin City that is open 24/7, 365 days a year!

  • We offer three deals:

    1. Large bags @ €6 per 24 hour period

    2. Laptop/Small bag @ €4 per 24 hour period

    3. Shopping Bags deal - 3 shopping bags @€6 per 24 hour period!

  • No. This can only happen if the depositor forwards the ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL to the collector. Items cannot be collected unless we can verify this.

  • You will have received email confirmation, if you cannot access this then there is a €10 fee to cover our administration costs, and time in dealing with this. You will be required to show appropriate identification, and you must be able to detail the contents of the baggage; both, to our complete satisfaction. You will be required to sign an indemnifier, and copies will be taken of the documentation supplied.

  • This is extremely unlikely as we only place your baggage on to storage racks. Baggage that is found to be damaged on receipt by our staff, may or may not be accepted for storage. Damaged bags may be noted at the time of receipt.

    We may specifically exclude our liability on bags which are unsuitable, overweight, unsafe, or previously damaged in anyway. We will not be liable for damage to baggage stored which is in excess of the EU recommended safety weight of 32kg (66lbs). Our liability, in any event, for loss, theft or damage occasioned to baggage in storage or transit from storage is limited to €200 per transaction.

  • Yes our premises is monitored by 24hr CCTV coverage. It is also manned by staff 24/7.

  • No as mentioned before your bag is extremely safe as it is monitored by 24hr CCTV coverage, by staff and stored in a dedicated secure left luggage storage area
